Have you ever come across a company that offers free shipping to ALL its customers regardless of how large (or small) their order is?

Probably not.

But in this article, I’ll introduce you to one such company. Star Botanicals.

Star Botanicals is a US-based online kratom vendor (but it sells other products too). And if you enrich your life using kratom, you should know more about this company because it can save you A LOT of money!

I’ve gathered everything fabulous, and everything not-so-fabulous about the company to help you decide if you’ll give it a chance. And by the time you end this article, I think you’ll be ready to.

Let’s begin!

What products does the vendor offer?

Star Botanicals has both a large and a small variety of products at the same time.

Confused? Let me explain.

The company offers a reasonable number of product categories. But within those categories, products are minimal, and you don’t have a lot to choose from.

The first category is that of kratom powders. There are only four options available. These are Green Malay, Red Vein Borneo, Green Vein Indonesian, and Red Vein Vietnam.

This, of course, is nothing compared to the variety offered by other kratom vendors. There are a lot of popular strains, like Maeng Da, that is missing from the website. But hopefully, the company will upgrade its inventory soon.

Also, the company only offers kratom powder. You don’t get capsules or leaves. If you find the powder too difficult to handle, you’ll have to switch to another vendor.

The company also doesn’t offer blends and extracts. I think the kratom collection at Star Botanicals is mundane for any seasoned kratom user. But for a beginner, it might be adequate.

Next, the company offers Bulk Organic Herbs. While there are no products currently available in this category, the owner promises to stock it very soon.

The first organic herbs that will be made available in the category are Sassafras powder, seeds, and plants, Echinacea herb, seeds, and plants, Wormwood, Kava, Blue Lotus, Frankincense, Myrrh. If you’re interested in these products, keep checking the website, so you don’t miss them.

The next category is that of Dream Herbs. These are also known as oneirogens and are thought to enhance dreams. The owner clearly states that products in this category are based on cultural lore, and the FDA has not approved them.

This category is also empty but will be stocked soon. Stay tuned if you like dream herbs.

Then, the company offers one Hemp Seeds product too. You can buy bulk hulled hemp seeds (US-grown) on the website. According to the vendor, these seeds are thought to be very nutritious, and it’s said that the Buddha once survived an entire year on these.

In the non-GMO Heirloom Herbs Seeds and Plants category, the company offers two products. These are Echinacea purpurea Seeds and Non-Gmo Morning Glory Seeds. Morning Glory seeds are also known as Heavenly Blue Ipomoea.

And finally, the company offers live kratom plants! This is, perhaps, the most exciting category available on the website — I’ve never seen any other vendor selling live kratom plants.

The four live plants available include Indo, Malaysian, Thai, and Vietnam kratom.

According to the vendor, these plants can be brought back to life even if they die. He asks customers to contact him in case their plants don’t do well. He’ll help them bring the plants back to life.

How safe are the company’s products?

Well, that’s hard to answer.

Star Botanicals is a new company, and right now, it’s a small one too. So, it’s not verified by the American Kratom Association’s Good Manufacturing Practices program.

It’s hard to say for sure whether or not the company follows standard manufacturing processes. The company also doesn’t lab-tests its products. At least, there are no lab reports on its website.

A lot of kratom companies lab-test their products and upload test results on their websites. Lab-testing ensures that the kratom has adequate mitragynine levels (to maintain its effectiveness) and that it’s free of any harmful microorganisms.

However, the company’s owner seems an honest and compassionate fellow. So, while there’s no objective way of determining if the products are safe, I think we can trust the company.

What do customers think about the vendor?

I tried searching for the company on Google, Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter.

But because the company is still embryonic, I couldn’t find any reviews.

Having no customer reviews doesn’t mean the company is terrible. It just means that the company doesn’t have enough customers and that it’s still growing.

So, we can expect the product quality to be good. After all, the company needs to satisfy its customers in order to grow.

How are Star Botanical’s products priced?

Now, here’s the good news.

Kratom at Star Botanicals is VERY cheap.

To give you an example, you can buy 16 oz of Green Malay kratom powder for $70 at Star Botanicals. The same product sells for $155.98 at PurKratom and for around $250 at Red Devil Kratom.

But as I’ve always said, pricing should be compared, keeping in mind the quality of the products. PurKratom and Red Devil Kratom are kratom giants who are known for their quality.

How Star Botanicals does regarding product quality is yet to be seen.

What shipping, payment, and return options does the vendor offer?

Shipping

And here’s another good news. There is free shipping for everyone! It doesn’t matter how high or high low your bill is. No matter what you buy, you get free shipping.

The company ships via USPS Priority Mail only, and it doesn’t let customers choose a different shipping category.

But Star Botanicals only ships to the USA and Canada. However, I couldn’t find an option to ship to Canada while checking out.

Inside the USA, the company doesn’t ship to the following locations: Alabama, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Vermont, Rhode Island, Sarasota County Florida, Some areas of Colorado, Some areas of California, Portions of NJ, and portions of MI.

Even if you’re outside these areas, it’s always a good idea to check your local laws about kratom before ordering it online.

Payment

Right now, there are only three payment options available —  check, credit card via Western Union, and pay order.

Unfortunately, there’s no cash-on-delivery. If you are hesitant to provide your credit card details online, you’ll have to switch to another vendor.

Returns

The company doesn’t offer any returns whatsoever, and this is very upsetting. Maybe they’ll start accepting returns as their customers grow.

What are the company’s best-sellers?

According to the company, its most popular product is Green Vein Indonesian Kratom.

You can get 16 oz of the product for $70.

Indonesian kratom is believed to be less stimulating than other types. If you’re looking for a little peace and tranquility, this is the strain for you.

You should also consider the product if you suffer from anxiety or you need to get rid of chronic, persistent pain.
