Yes, kratom was a godsend at furst, but I’ve been taking it since 2006. It does not mesh well with anti depressants, AND it can be addictive physically and psycologically. And I’m 66 now, time to rest my body. This is my own experience. Many people I know have kicked opiates, heroin etc with the help of kratom, but remember it is a slippery slope. Good luck
